2. Services Provided
Coimbatoretaxis provides vehicle rental and tour facilitation services. By booking a ride through our Website or official channels, you enter into a binding agreement with Coimbatoretaxis.
3. Booking and Payment Plan
To ensure vehicle availability and a seamless experience, the following payment structure applies:
- Advance Payment: A 20% advance is required to confirm your booking.
- Trip Commencement: 60% to 70% of the remaining total tariff must be paid at the start of the journey.
- Trip Completion: The final remaining balance must be settled on the final day before the drop-off.
- Methods: Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Vehicle Cancellations:
• 72 Hours or More: 80% refund of advance payment.
• 48 to 72 Hours: 50% refund of advance payment.
• Under 48 Hours: Non-Refundable.
Accommodation: Refunds for hotel bookings are strictly subject to the specific hotel’s own cancellation policy.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 4 – 5 business days. Please note that bank/gateway transaction fees are non-refundable.
• 72 Hours or More: 80% refund of advance payment.
• 48 to 72 Hours: 50% refund of advance payment.
• Under 48 Hours: Non-Refundable.

5. User Conduct & Vehicle Rules
- Provide accurate and current information during the booking process.
- Strictly No Smoking & No Alcohol inside the vehicle.
- Cooperate with the driver to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Refrain from eating inside the vehicle to prevent odors and garbage.
- Respect the driver and follow all safety instructions during the ride.
6. Hill Station & Route Specifics
- AC Usage: Air Conditioning (AC) will be switched off during uphill climbs in hill stations (e.g., Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar) for engine performance and safety.
- Tolls & Permits: Unless explicitly stated, all Tolls, Parking fees, and Interstate Permits are to be paid by the customer at actual cost.
- Driver Bata: For multi-day trips, a night allowance (Driver Bata) is applicable for duties extending beyond 10:00 PM.
7. Physical Damage
Customers are responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle or accommodation property caused by themselves or their guests during their stay or travel.
8. Limitation of Liability
Coimbatoretaxis is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as landslides, heavy rains, strikes, or mechanical breakdowns, though we will assist with alternative arrangements.
