Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

• 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 95% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 80% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time are Non-Refundable (100% of advance is retained).
• No-Show: If the customer does not show up within 90 minutes of the scheduled time, it is considered a No-Show and is Non-Refundable.

1.2 Cancellation by Coimbatoretaxis

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen events (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, weather), customers will be notified immediately.

In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a Full Refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a refund of the advance amount as per the percentages listed in the Cancellation Policy above.

2.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up.
• No-Shows (failure to arrive at pickup location).

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of the scheduled ride.

• Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Modifications to Booking

3.1 Changing Details

Modifications (time, location) can be made up to 24 hours before pick-up, subject to vehicle availability. Changes made within 24 hours may incur additional charges.

3.2 Extending the Ride

If you wish to extend the ride or change the route due to roadblocks or personal preference, additional charges will apply based on the extra distance and time. This balance must be settled at the end of the journey.
